The main activity of the Folklore Ensemble 'Kopaonik' is not only to maintain but, also, to create Serbian tradition. That enables the workshop which is located in the rooms of ensemble.

The workshop of the Folklore Ensemble 'Kopaonik' is reconstructing and manufacturing folk costumes. These folk costumes are used by the dancers at first, but it could be prepared for the other people, too.

During the first year of his activity, the workshop prepared various types of hose. These hose are preparing for the choreographies:
- The Splice of Folk Dances 'Serbia',
- The Old Kosovo and
- The Harvest of Metohija
|

Very important to know is how to reconstruct very old folk costumes. But, for busy workers in workshop that is not the problem. By now, they have finished folk costumes for the choreographies:
- The Dances from Kosovo's Pomoravlje,
- The Splice of Folk Dances 'Serbia',
- The Dances from wide area of Pristine.
The whole music section uses folk costumes from the workshop of Folklore Ensemble 'Kopaonik' .
